    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika  diperoleh siswa kelas V secara klasikal masih berada di bawah ketuntasan yang ditetapkan yaitu 85%. Berdasarkan observasi awal yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 003 Bangkinang dijumpai gejala-gejala seperti: 1) Hasil tes pada siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 003 Bangkinang diperoleh fakta tentang hasil belajar Matematika dari 33 siswa ternyata yang mencapai KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu 70 sebanyak 13 orang siswa (39.39%) dan yang tidak mencapai KKM sebanyak 20 siswa (59,4%) dengan nilai rata-rata 67,5. 2) Siswa cenderung bosan dalam mengikuti pelajaran Matematika, 3) Kurangnya keingintahuan siswa terhadap pelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru di kelas, dan 4) Selama ini guru cenderung menjelaskan materi, memberikan contoh soal dan memberi latihan dengan cara yang monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika pada materi pecahan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 003 Bangkinang melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas.penelitian tindakan kelas merupakan suatu pencermatan terhadap kegiatan belajar berupa sebuah tindakan yang sengaja dimunculkan dan terjadi dalam sebuah kelas secara bersama. Tindakan tersebut diberikan oleh guru atau dengan arahan dari guru yang dilakukan oleh siswa.Penelian ini telah dilaksanakan di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 003. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diketahui bahwa Ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat pada siklus I dari 33 orang siswa, yang mencapai ketuntasan berjumlah 20 orang siswa (60.6%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas 13 orang (39.4%). Sedangkan pada siklus II siswa yang dikatakan tuntas 29 orang (87.9%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas 4 orang (12.1%). Sedangkan nilai rata-rata peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari data awal ke siklus I sebesar 5.5 dan dari siklus I ke siklus II juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10,30

    Coherent bubble-sum approximation for coupled-channel resonance scattering

    For coupled-channel resonance scattering we derive a model with a closed form solution for the TT-matrix that satisfies unitarity and analyticity. The two-channel case is handled explicitly for an arbitrary number of resonances. The method focuses on the expansion of the transition matrix elements, Γ(s)\Gamma(s), in known analytical functions. The appropriate hadronic form factors and the related energy shifts can be determined from the scattering data.     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dimana letak kesulitan belajar dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar konsep dasar IPA SD yang dialami oleh mahasiswa agar nilai konsep dasar IPA SD lebih baik. Dari penelitian ini juga diharapkan mahasiswa termotivasi untuk mengikuti mata kuliah konsep dasar IPA SD. Subjek penelitian yang diambil yaitu mahasiswa PGSD semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, metode tes dan metode observasi. Metode dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data tentang daftar nama mahasiswa yang dijadikan susbjek penelitian. Metode tes digunakan untuk memperoleh data penyelesaian mahasiswa pada mata kuliah konsep dasar IPA SD, metode observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif saat kegiatan belajar mengajar konsep dasar IPA SD dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pembelajara

    Food Security and Vulnerability Modeling of East Java Province Based on Geographically Weighted Ordinal Logistic Regression Semiparametric (GWOLRS) Model

    Modeling of food security based on the characteristics of the area will be affected by the geographical location which means that geographical location will affect the region's potential. Therefore, we need a method of statistical modeling that takes into account the geographical location or the location factor observations. In this case, the research variables could be global means that the location affects the response variables significantly; when some of the predictor variables are global and the other variables are local, then Geographically Weighted Ordinal Logistic Regression Semiparametric (GWOLRS) could be used to analyze the data. The data used is the resilience and food insecurity data in 2011 in East Java Province. The result shows that three predictor variables that influenced by the location are the percentage of poor (%), rice production per district (tons) and life expectancy (%). Those three predictor variables are local because they have significant influence in some districts/cities but had no significant effect in other districts/cities, while other two variables that are clean water and good quality road length (km) are assumed global because it is not a significant factor for the whole districts/towns in East Java

    Konversi Pelepah Nipah Menjadi Bio - Oil dengan Variasi Katalis NiMo/Lempung Cengar Memalui Proses Pirolisis

    Bio-oil is one of the alternative energy that can be used as a substitute for petroleum. Riau has huge potential in Nipah and clay which not be used widely. Bio-oil can be produced through pyrolysis process of Nipah with catalyst NiMo/ Cengar Clay. Theaimings of this study is to determine the effect of variations in catalyst NiMo/ Cengar Clay and characterize the physical and chemical properties of the yield of bio-oil produced. In this study the pyrolysis process carried out at 320 °C of temperature,300 rpm stirrer speed, 500 ml of silinap and50 grams of biomass in +100-200 mesh size.Variation of the catalysts are0, 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 % w/w. The results of this study indicated that the optimum yield was obtained in 0.5 % catalyst NiMo/ Cengar Clay, which is 63.64 %. The analysist results of the physical properties of bio-oil are density of 0.884 g/ ml, 9.486 cSt of viscosity, 47.92 gr NaOH/100 gr sample of acid number, 45.47 MJ/Kg of the calor value, and 54°C of flash point. The results of chemical analysis by GC - MS , obtained some chemical components such as Acetic acid, Butyric Acid, 2,2-Dimethoxy-Ethanol, Furfural , 4-Hydroxy-Butyric Acid, Phenol, O-Cresol , 2-Methoxy-6-methyl-phenol and catechol. The characteristic results have been obtained is approaching the characteristics of fuel oil and bio-oil standard

    Two-pion exchange potential and the πN\pi N amplitude

    We discuss the two-pion exchange potential which emerges from a box diagram with one nucleon (the spectator) restricted to its mass shell, and the other nucleon line replaced by a subtracted, covariant πN\pi N scattering amplitude which includes Δ\Delta, Roper, and D13D_{13} isobars, as well as contact terms and off-shell (non-pole) dressed nucleon terms. The πN\pi N amplitude satisfies chiral symmetry constraints and fits πN\pi N data below ∼\sim 700 MeV pion energy. We find that this TPE potential can be well approximated by the exchange of an effective sigma and delta meson, with parameters close to the ones used in one-boson-exchange models that fit NNNN data below the pion production threshold.Comment: 9 pages (RevTex) and 7 postscript figures, in one uuencoded gzipped tar fil

    Operation Of Hygiene Sanitation Salak Processing At PT. Agrina Parsalakan Village West Angkola Subdistrict South Tapanuli District In 2013. Efforts to control dietary factors, people, places and equipment that may or may cause illness or health problems, it is necessary hygiene sanitation in any food processing in order to avoid contamination. Salak (Salacca edulis) is a plant which its stalk close by midrib leaves, prickly on midrib and stems leaves, fleshy white fruit, blackish brown hard seeds. The manufacturing process of all kinds of processed salak using white sugar/sakarosa. Application of hygiene sanitation on food processing can make a better quality food product. The purpose of this research was to determine the implementation hygiene sanitation on salak manufacturing and analysis of artificial sweetener which are produced by PT. Agrina Parsalakan Village, West Angkola Subdistrict, South Tapanuli District in 2013. The research was descriptive survey to see the implementation of hygiene sanitation and laboratory analysis for determine the presence of artificial sweetener on salak manufacturing. The samples taken from types of processed salak which are produced by PT. Agrina Parsalakan Village, West Angkola Subdistrict, South Tapanuli District. The results showed that the principles of hygiene sanitation on salak manufacturing which qualified is the selection of raw materials, storage of raw materials, food storage and food transport. Whereas the food processing and food serving are not eligible, this refers to Kepmenkes RI No. 942/Menkes/SK/VII/2003. There are no artificial sweeteners in processed salak on six samples tested in the laboratory. Health Department need to make a comprehensive counseling and supervision by the relevant agencies (Health Department) about the importance of hygiene sanitation on snack, and development to the producer about the use of sweetener in food

    This research aims to determine the implementation of policy implementation in the village chief financial administration Empunak Tapang Village in the Village District Keladan Ketungau Hulu Sintang through activities that include: Budgeting Planning Phase, Implementation Phase APBDes, Phase APBDes Reporting and Accountability Phase APBDes seen from General principles of Rural Financial Management (Transparent Principles, Accountable Principles and Participatory Principles). The research method used is Qualitative. The results showed that the APBDes Management Planning Budgeting yet involve the community through village meeting to determine the work program will be conducted from APBDes funds. Implementation on existing village infrastructure development, the results are not satisfactory. Accountable reporting has been carried on, although there are some errors on its books, Transparent has been no notification is done through the Physical announcement board at the Village Office to the Community.
